In an era marked by geopolitical uncertainty and economic realignment, a new generation of conservative thinkers is reimagining America’s place in the world. No longer bound to Cold War orthodoxy or market absolutism, this New Right argues for a more realist and nationalist foreign policy — one that emphasizes statecraft, controlled trade, and selective engagement over liberal internationalism. Curt Mills, Executive Director of The American Conservative, joins us for a wide-ranging conversation on the emerging conservative consensus on global affairs. Drawing on his commentary across media and politics, Mills will explore how debates over China, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America — along with trade policy and economic nationalism — are shaping the GOP’s new strategic posture. This event will offer a grounded look at how realism, populism, and national interest are reframing U.S. foreign policy.
