Regulations for Foreign Banks

The Federal Reserve proposed loosening regulations that apply to the largest foreign-owned banks like Deutsche Bank, Barclays, and Credit Suisse. CASI’s leadership filed a comment letter opposing these changes and urging the Fed to take additional steps to address the risks that large foreign banks still pose to the U.S. financial system.
