Risk Management Measures for Banks’ Derivatives Transactions

Bank regulators proposed relaxing risk management rules for derivatives trades between legal entities contained within the same corporate structure. After the comment was filed, the agencies extended the comment period, a move that was also requested in the CASI comment letter.
